WORK WITH ME2020-05-28T21:57:35+00:00

If you are reading this title and answered yes then keep on reading, because this article is for you.

My guess is that you have arrived on this page because you are interesting in changing your physique, getting leaner, but want to do it without feeling massively restricted 24/7?

Do you want a body to finally be proud of?

Do you hate eating the same boring food every day?

Or do you simply just want to start getting some results?

Most people will probably read through this page, check out some of my client transformations, maybe even imagine what it would like to be in their position achieving the results they have always wanted, but instead of taking action you’ll click away and close the page down.

You’ll think about it for a few days, a few weeks, maybe even a few months or years and then one day something will click.

You’ll finally take action, you’ll start seeing results and the only regret you will have is that you didn’t start doing it sooner.

That’s normal though.

We all have that thing inside of us that sometimes stops us from pursuing our goals, or our passion because something is holding us back.

We aren’t sure what exactly, but it does.

The fear of change maybe?

Change is scary, but so is spending the rest of your life wishing you had made those changes and achieved your dream physique.

Read on and I will explain why taking action like some of my clients has led them to finally having success in the gym, with their physiques, and how they have kept is sustainable.

I’m also guessing that because you are reading this page, the body you  want, that extra confidence, and the person you want to see staring back at you in the mirror is still feeling a little out of reach, maybe even a little unachievable?

That’s okay, that’s natural too.

But let me reassure you, in this article I will show you three of my top tips that any guy looking to improve their physique, build muscle, and get lean needs to know and ALL without having to go without the foods they enjoy.

Without having to feel deprived of the foods you enjoy, without being “that guy” carrying cold boxes of chicken and broccoli.

Without having to spend 7 days a week in the gym.

And without having to get up at 5am to do cardio.

Would you like to learn more?

Building a physique is actually a really simple process, but most people nowadays overcomplicate it with the hope they’ve found the next “big thing”

Let me tell you now

There is no secret.

There is no next big thing.

If it was, you’d be where you want to be right?

That’s not a dig, or meant to be make you feel worse.

Because I’ve been there, and it took a long time for me to acknowledge to myself with being stubborn and being a man I found it took me a long time to actually ask for help myself.

How long do you normally stick to your training or diet plan for? (this is assuming you have one, you might not)

Does it change every week?

Do you read something new in a magazine or hear someone talk in the gym or at work and suddenly you add it to your program?

When you lack confidence in your direction it’s easy to second guess yourself and think that the person next to you must be doing it right and not you.

Throughout my 10 years in the health and fitness industry I’ve seen it first hand many times.

Men who have tried every training plan, every diet approach, and still can’t achieve the results they want, and why?

Because what you are doing just doesn’t work for you!

Who works a 12 hour day, goes to the gym after work, comes home to 2 kids or a family/partner, but is trying to follow a diet plan saying you have to eat 6 meals a day and train 7 days a week?

Something has got to give right?

Ask yourself, how many days or weeks am I actually consistent?

How often do I hit my macros, or my set workouts every week?

Would 4 workouts a week be more achievable?

Would 3 meals a day be easier than trying to fit 6 in?

I’m assuming if you’re reading this you also aren’t one of those guys who can eat anything in sight, train whatever they like, and still build muscle and look good year round without even breaking a sweat?

These people are very few and far between, and you are not one of them.

Neither am I, although I wish I was.

I’m sure most of you have had the same frustrations I have had in the past

It doesn’t matter what you do.

What diet you follow.

How many times you hit the gym in a week.

How consistent you think you are being.

Nothing works, or at least nothing seems to work.

Have you been “that person” on a night out, or at dinner with friends and still restricted yourself? Missed out on enjoying the food you wanted, or simply didn’t enjoy the experience as much as you wanted to because you are too worried whether the bartender gave you diet coke or not?

Most people won’t reach this page.

Most people will give up long before getting here.

Most people will stop going to the gym, give up trying to change, all out of frustration and feeling like they are just wasting their time.

It’s surprising how many people do this, and it frustrates me.

That guys out there don’t have any of the information I’m about to share with you to help them build muscle, get leaner, and finally build a physique they are proud of.

Before I tell you, have you ever been guilty of any of the following?

  • Over restricting yourself in fear of not losing enough weight, or gaining too much weight?
  • Never sticking to a plan long enough to actually see any results?
  • Not really knowing what you are doing and just hoping for the best?
  • Trying to stick to a plan that isn’t sustainable and isn’t built with your lifestyle and social commitments in mind?

If so, don’t worry.

I’ve got you covered.

All of these are incredible common with people trying to achieve their body, I’ve made a lot of these mistakes myself but none what I’ve asked above is what you should be doing when trying to change your body.

The men who have the best physiques don’t follow complicated plans believe it or not, they don’t take loads of supplements or follow complicated training routines, but they definitely follow the three tips I’ll reveal very shortly.

  1. Pick a goal, and stick to it. Want to build muscle? Then you want to increase your calories. Want to get leaner? Then you need a calorie deficit. DON’T try and do both at the same time, this will get you nowhere.
  2. Pick compound movements, do them well, and do them often – Whether you want to build muscle or concentrate on getting leaner, using compound movements (deadlifts, squats, military press etc) should be a staple of your training program. Ditch the bicep curls and tricep pushdowns and start doing these, do them often and get good at them.
  3. Find a routine that works for you – Can you only make it to the gym 4 days a week? Then do that. Do it consistently and you’ll see more progress in this then trying to trying to train 6 days a week and never actually managing more than 4 or 5 days anyway. Doesn’t make any sense does it? This goes for your diet too.

My approach may seem simple.

But I have found what works, simple works best, and my clients are testament to that fact.

It’s not an approach you’ll likely find on the internet somewhere.

Because this approach won’t sound exciting enough, and it won’t get unsuspecting customers to part with their cash who are hoping to quickly change their physique.

Whereas the three tips I’ve just given you for free?

You can start them TODAY as soon as you have finished reading this article.

Once I started using this approach myself, and then with my clients the progress and results that we got were just amazing,

And even better than that?

They were sustainable.

No crash diets to then put all of the weight back on and more once you have finished.

When I came to Danny I had been going around in circles for a while.

I had been struggling to find a balance, between the gym, food, and my social commitments.

My relationship with food was bad, and in the gym my strength had stalled.

I’d always been into sports and hitting the gym but I found myself in a space I was struggling to come back from. I thought I had tried most approaches until we started working together.

I soon learnt the importance of structure, consistency, and having a plan that was completely tailored to me and my lifestyle.

My progress in the gym started again, I started getting leaner, and I wasn’t missing out on social occasions with friends.

This isn’t to say that the journey was easy.

The workouts were challenging, I was pushed to better myself each week. I was kept accountable every week and I learned how to track and manage my food better and how to tailor it towards my own goals. This was new from a coach for me, having someone with me teaching me the hows and whys of his method and approach.

Over the last few months I have learned so much about a new approach to diet and training and has fully given me the confidence to continue getting results in the future. Not only did I have a coach with the knowledge, but also one with the experience of getting in peak physical condition, performing at a high level, and understanding my journey from start to finish.

What I’ve shown you above is probably 80% of what you need to know to start making progress.

I guarantee when you start implementing these 3 tips, you’ll start to see visible changes in the next few weeks.

Now, there is more to getting results.

You might not need it.

Unless you want to achieve your dream physique faster, easier, with less stress and without making any of the mistakes I have made in my 10 years within the industry.

I have spent thousands on my own education learning how to get into peak physical condition, get stronger and all while being able to still eat all of the foods I enjoy.

Over the years I’ve invested heavily in myself so I can get my clients the best results, sustainable results that last.

Like I said, you are welcome to take the tips above and continue from there on your own, or you can keep reading to see if you are a good fit for what I am offering.

Introducing my 1-2-1 Professional Coaching Service.

The service and approach I use to transform my client’s physiques.

Now before I tell you how to apply and use my coaching service let me be very clear about one thing.

This certainly isn’t for everyone.

I have had plenty of people apply who weren’t serious about getting results.

And that’s okay, no everyone is 100% committed to making changes and changing their physique for food.

But I’m guessing if you have got this far you’re one of the people who is committed to the process of achieving their physique.

So let me tell you a little bit about what is involved with my 1-2-1 coaching service

  • Personalised training plan designed to work around your lifestyle. Can you only train 4 days a week? No problem!
  • A diet and nutrition coaching strategy designed to be as flexible as the client wants – tailored to your lifestyle, and also built around the foods you like. I will never put any foods in a plan that you do not like.
  • Weekly Check-ins where we will go back over your training and nutrition, and make any changes that are needed to keep you progressing.
  • 24/7 accountability and WhatsApp support from me. Having a bad day or just want an answer to a quick question? Then send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • Personal 1-2-1 training if you are close to my location.
  • My personal guarantee to get you closer to your goals.

So how much does it cost?

We don’t disclose the exact price on our website, the main reason being we don’t want you to choose us based on us being more affordable than the next coach. We want you to choose us because we are the right match to get you results.

On initial application, we will set up a consultation call where we will go over our coaching prices, the service, and answer and other questions you may have.

Why do we need a consult call?

  • To see whether we get along, coaching is a two way service and I want us to be compatible and get to know each other.
  • We want to get you the best results possible, so having an initial point of contact allows us to discuss your goals and discuss how we can work together.
  • Also to stop people applying who may not be ready for online coaching due to lack of gym experience, or if they need a slightly different service.

You have absolutely no obligation to sign up, but an initial call is the best way for us to see if we are a good match for each other.

Still on the fence?

Then think of it like this…

How much would you pay for one hour with a PT? and that’s without the cost of diet or training plans.

The cost of supplement?

Nights out with friends?

Now I’m not saying you have to give any of these up, in fact I encourage all of my clients to keep enjoying their lives and do as much of these things as possible while getting results and changing their physique.

But what I would guess at is all of the things above aren’t exactly helping you get the physique you want right now and also are costing you a lot more than my coaching service would cost you.

So if having any of the following does sound good

  • A training approach that allows you to be 100% consistent, and actually enjoy training again.
  • A nutrition approach that is built around foods you like and also fits around your lifestyle
  • Being able to still go out for dinner, eat foods you like, AND change your physique at the same time.
  • Having 24/7 accountability and someone who is 100% invested in your progress on the end of the phone

Then hit the link below to my consultation form where I will look over it, and then get in touch with you to see if we are a good fit for each other.

When you click below you’ll be taking action to changing your physique for good.

My approach to transforming a physique is exactly this

Do it right.

And do it once.

You’ll look better, feel stronger.

You’ll be more confident.

Your bank account may even be better off.

You’ll be able to eat all of the foods you enjoy.

And what’s more is this will also be the last time you will ever have to ask anybody for help.

Here is what happens when you apply for coaching and invest in changing your physique.

You’ll start getting stronger, you’ll start looking better.

You’ll find the best approach for you, and one that fits in with your lifestyle no matter how busy you are.

So consider this also

I pay someone to clean my car.

I have paid someone to install my kitchen.

I mean, I could do it myself of course but I wouldn’t do a very good job and in a week or so I would only have to call them anyway to come and fix the bad job I did of it.

The same goes for changing your physique.

I have invested thousands and spent years finding the best approaches to transforming physiques all while letting clients still maintain their lifestyle.

So let me take the stress out of changing your physique.

Let me take the lead so you can concentrate on doing the things that you enjoy.

Training in the gym.

Eating foods you like.

And still enjoying your weekends and social occasions.
